The various tasks in our sales force

 

We offer a number of different positions within our sales network, including such roles as Sales Representatives, Area Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, Pick-up Store Supervisors and Telesales Advisors, all of whom share the same work ethic and desire to provide the best possible service to our customers.

 

Working in Sales

As a Sales Representative it is your job to drive sales and to grow business with existing customers, selling products and services, while also seeking out new opportunities through identifying, generating and developing new customers. We equip all our Sales Representatives with the necessary tools to achieve this aim (car, phone, iPad, product samples and literature etc.) alongside continuous support from managers and internal functions. As a Sales Representative success brings freedom and liberty, there are no limits to your achievement.

As an Area Sales Manager your role is to lead, motivate and support a team of Sales Representatives to achieve their aim of ensuring all customers benefit from a first class quality service. It is your job to make sure that each Sales Representative within your team has everything they need to support their existing customer base and to gain new business, all while ensuring targets and growth are met. Ongoing training provided, high bonuses and incentives offered, car, phone, iPad and/or laptop provided. As an Area Sales Manager team bonding and camaraderie is made, with a high level of respect and loyalty achieved.

As a Key Account Manager your role is similar to that of a Sales Representative, however, your goal is to drive sales and maintain good relationships with large, high revenue customers, while also seeking out new business opportunities with the main focus on customers who have the potential for future expansion and existing large product and service needs. Ongoing training provided, high bonuses and incentives offered, car, phone, iPad and/or laptop provided. As a Key Account Manager, a progressive and forward-thinking sales career could be yours.

As a Pick-up Store Supervisor your route to your customers is different to the above positions but nevertheless still of paramount importance and an integral part of our sales network. Situated in our Pick-up stores based around the world, your job is to serve customers who visit the store with a friendly, fast and efficient service to ensure they leave the store with exactly what they required and maybe even something more. Ongoing training provided, bonuses and incentives offered. As a Pick-up Store Supervisor, a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction is a close as your next customer who walks through the door.

As a Telesales Advisor your role is exactly the same as a Sales Representative, the only difference is you have different tools to complete your job. Instead of a car and iPad used to drive sales in the field, you are based internally and contact your customers solely by phone and email. Your objective is shared with a Sales Representative in the sense of your mission is to provide the best possible service to your customers, by selling products and services to existing customers, while also seeking out new opportunities by obtaining new business. Ongoing training provided, bonuses and incentives offered. As a Telesales Advisor, a sale, which equally helps the customer and your targets, is simply a phone call away.
